The Irish in Boston have sent for an O'Neal to shore up their defenses, offenses, and in fences, for the coming invasion from the South.
The Boston Celtics has signed long-time NBA, 15-time All-Star, 7-foot-1, 325-pound, Shaquille O'Neal to a two year deal at $3 million. The Shaq reinforces Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen. The Big Boston Three are now the Bigger Boston Four. Well, Boston has to be ready for the "Heat," like in the MVP packed and powered Maimi Heat.
Shaq has been around a number of years. At a million and a half a year, Boston is gambling a few coins that Shaq can get around, the court, that is, a little longer. He has been getting around / rather going around, and hooking up with the Boston Celtics, yesterday, Wednesday, makes them his fourth team in four seasons. The duckets for Shaq aren't much in basketball money. Shaq is an aging athlete. The Celtics took him on when other teams were slow to ask or passed.
The Celtics has been having LA trouble before the Miami threat. The Celtics want a championship season and Shaq wants a last hurrah.
